Standard Shipping Rates: All orders up to $99.99 qualify for $5.99 standard shipping. Orders of $100 and above ship for free.
Signature Requirement: Orders exceeding $350 will require a signature upon delivery.
Expedited Shipping Options: We offer 2-day delivery for $29.99 and next day delivery for $39.99 for those needing faster shipping.
Surcharge for Specific Locations: Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses will incur a $9.99 surcharge and another $4.99 per item regardless of order value. We do not ship to P.O boxes.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Warehouse Shipping Times: Our warehouse ships orders from Monday to Thursday until 3 pm EST and on Friday until 1 pm EST. Most orders ship within 24 business hours, with many shipping the same day.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delivery Discrepancies: If tracking indicates that an item was delivered but not received, please contact us after 48 hours of the delivery notification to initiate an investigation.
Shipping Issue Timeframe: Any shipping issues must be reported within 45 days of placing the order.
Address Edits: We cannot edit the address of any order once placed. If there’s an address issue, please contact us promptly to cancel the order.
