Return Eligibility: All items must be returned in brand new condition, exactly as they were shipped, including the original box, wrappings, and any accompanying papers.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be shipped in an outer box; placing a shipping label directly on the item’s retail box is not permitted.
Requesting a Return: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date by contacting us. All returns must be approved and assigned an RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number must be displayed on the shipping box or on a paper inside the box.
Return Timeframe: Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving an RA number. Returns outside this timeframe or without an RA number may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Restocking Fees: A 25% restocking fee may apply to returns outside the 30-day window or returns without an RA number.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days from the time of delivery for returns and refunds to be processed.
Condition of Returned Items: Items returned in a condition other than brand new (e.g., worn, sized, missing tags, wrappings, box, or papers) may incur up to a 40% restocking fee or be returned to the customer.
Return to Sender: If an item is returned to us, we will refund the item’s cost minus any shipping fees charged to us. Please note that all shipping fees charged to buyers are non-refundable.
